Prohibited Items
Items such as hazardous waste, electronics, tires, and other restricted materials are prohibited. Violations may result in additional fees or legal action.
Damage and Liability
You are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Please ensure proper use and avoid overloading or improper disposal.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to fees. Please contact us promptly if your plans change.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are provided upfront. Payments are due upon delivery, and we accept various payment methods. Additional charges may apply for overages or extensions.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe, accessible space for dumpster placement, avoiding utilities and property damage.
Liability Disclaimer
Payson Dumpsters Rentals is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, overloading, or improper disposal of waste.
